How much does starting cost?

Yes, we are happy to work with your existing furniture. We can add or subtract pieces as needed to achieve the desired aesthetic and best showcase your home.

How long do I get to keep the staging?

Our staging services run on 30-day cycles. Full payment is required prior to scheduling, and payments will be processed via credit card on a monthly basis until canceled.

How does the staging renewals work?

The recurring monthly rental fee for furniture and accessories following the first 30-day period will be 50% off the original month plus tax. This fee will be charged to the client’s credit card on a recurring monthly basis until the rental agreement is canceled and the rented items are returned. De-staging will commence once the property is sold firm. The extension of rental will renew automatically three business days prior to expiration unless canceled by providing written notice.

Can I use the furniture and accessories for personal use?

Our staging is focused solely on aesthetics, and the furniture is not intended for personal use. Our goal is to minimize damage and wear and tear to provide every customer with the best experience.
